Just noticed today Ust Pro 9.9.11 ver. does not have " Go to Support " tab.  To download flashfiles from support download and install Ust Pro support .exe http://www.ustpro2.org/USTPro2_Support.exeAfter downloading install and run exe to download flashfiles from support.    b.r.

Tried 1st Hard reset ( press power-on then reset button under the unit) but still hang on O2 logo.  So made some searches, found one possible solution is to flash or upgrade rom of unit. For all rom versions you can download here: Collection of All O2 XDA ATOM ROM WM5,WM6 & WM6.1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/archive/index.php/t-329037.htmlI used ORIGINAL-FACTORY DEFAULT Xda-Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822.exe . http://www.mediafire.com/?1ltj5urx7rn Since I do not know original rom version of unit. Now to flash or upgrade rom -make sure battery is fully charged -Put unit in download mode hold camera button then with stylus press soft reset button at bottom of unit. same lika making hard reset but you are pressing camera button  -now start Atom-ENG-20060426-MOT0822.exe . double click icon to install soft.  - connect unit using mini usb cable to pc usb port. tick next tab   -Now tick upgrade tab  -flash progress has 5 stages. Do not do anything just wait for all 5 stages to finish completely  -Now process is completed successfully follow on-screen instruction of software Downloading fw to unit:   Finished product  $$$$$$$$ b.r.

   MY modified cable, So that no need to resolder when using data and gprs mode connection. Now the procedure in unlocking:
1. connect the USB Cable to computer
2. start LGMDP_H3G_SC.exe application
3. click "Select port" and after it recognise your phone click "Connect"
4. in the application select these 2 files (MEDIA & MODULE) and select EFS ERASE..    after you have ticked ok do not do anything just wait for the whole process of downloading finishes. do not disconnect or tick any thing until you see " download complete ".
    Now the TRICK
1. insert original 3g sim into phone.
2. Go to MENU - TOOLS - UNIT CONVERTER and push the "OK" button
3. phone will reboot, so the trick is you need to replace with other simcard before phone restart back. you need to do this with usb cable attached to phone, or charger. kailangan mabilis na mabilis. just like u300.
4. if you done it very quick. you will see the message USIM LOCKED but since phone is laready patched. you have signal in the upper left side of your phone display. try it by placing a call. you're phone will probably ring.
5. this time your phone is usuable and can accept calls but your screen is blocked with message USIM LOCKED

Problem- C2000 tv phone spread cpu when you insert simcard, phone displays "illegal use, power-off" Action taken- Formatt fs -open spiderman software - tick spread tab - select sc6600m-usb -1st detect unit with auto-detect using L18A spiderman cable -Once pin outs detected tick boot tab -install spread usb drivers ( make note of com port unit is installed) spread driver: http://www.mediafire.com/?arnzduadcvh-now need to make usb cable pinouts here:  -now connect your usb cable -wait for pc to detect unit -in spiderman set new port tab select com port where unit is installed -tick boot tab wait for software to detect unit and display phone -tick formatt -formatt process takes only few secs.   special thanks to Sir Apollo b.r.
