Nokia Firmware / 2630 flash files

hello buddy this is my 1st time in this site, and i hope will always be. i have a problem w/ 2630 it will shut down when there is sim and when dont have a sim it will not accept.ill try to flash w/ software but i dont have a files in 2630, pls help me.
