NOTE THIS:

Build: M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17125 Not possible to unlock

Build: M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062 unlock possible

1 Root yur mobile using this CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.zip  Rooting is not necessary if need yu can root it.

2 in yur mobile dial *#7284# there select modem den dial *#9090#  den press option there give input key 4 (DM over UART) yur mobile vill  reboot.

3 Run z3x Samsung tool there select model i9505 den cnnt uart cable (use 300k or 510k uart cable) press unlock.

4 if yur build nuber is M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062 yur mobile sud b unlocked.

5 Build: (M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17125 Reading security... error access  denied) if yu get tis error yu have to downgrade yur mobile to old build   M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062.

How to Downgrade Build: M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17125 to M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062 procedure

1st method Download yur carrier 4.2.2 firmware(at&t,O2 etc)  from support sites nd flash it through odin if yur mobile doesn't boot  hard rest it.after update to 4.2.2 yur mobile must be on unlockable  Build. to unlock yur mobile follow above given procedure.

2nd method if this does't work Download this patched modem nd flash it through odin .select the file as PDA. I9505_modem_patch_File_for_Unlock

After flashing this patch follow the above method to unlock yur mobile .
