samsung galaxy s3 mini i8190 unlocked with the help of of z3x here i attached the screen shot and procedure
How to unlock i8190.
So what you need to do is next :

[GUIDE][XXALL2] Root for Galaxy S III Mini I8190 - xda-developersDownload all files but dont download odin 3.0.4 becouse you can have some problems, so download odin 3.0.7 from here
Download Odin 3.07 .
Afther you done all things and repair all stuffs if need ( afther flash i didnt repair anything, all was worked perfect )
Wait for phone to turn on.
Afther that write *#7284# and set in USB ( MODEM ) and in UART ( MODEM ) then click SAVE and RESET .
Ok almost we are done
Afther that wait for phone to power on and put USB in and wait 5-15 mins
to install all drivers that is important.
OK afther installing drivers click on Z3X Direct Unlock when box say put UART cable in you will put
Z3X C3300K UART cable in box and in phone.Ok now one more important thing
dont remove battery out.Turn phone off normaly put some Sim card in turn the phone on wait to turn on and here we go phone is unlocked.
For any case if is asking for code WRITE 00000000 .
