Disconnect USB cable from the phone phone. Go to Emergency only > Keypad and type

onto Diagnosis screen keypad and Micro USB Test menu shows up. Select
modem usb diagnostic
from the list. Confirmation screen shows up. Hit OK button.
Your phone will restart automatically. Once restarted SIM error message shows up. Close SIM error message then connect the mobile drivers r installed automatically after tat choose the diagnostic port in z3x interface then press unlock surely it il be done
