Within 10 seconds, need to hold down three buttons simultaneously:
1 - click on the "Inclusions"
2 - the main screen (or the menu button on the phone)
3 - volume knob (press the volume down rocker "down").
But note: all the settings of your phone will be reset to the factory, and all third-party programs will be removed permanently. To resort to hard-reset, I suggest, in extreme cases.
