k 800i auto on and white display probs

hello friends,
i have one k 800i phone.when i insert battery soon the mobile power on and white display.no incoming and outgoing.
i remove the on off switch .but still same
i clean the board .but still same.
i change the charging jack
still same
is any soln please reveal soon.
