iPhone v1.1.2 Call Crashed!!!

I just Receive iPhone ver 1.1.2
Said by owner it was unlocked by other Tech i dont know where???
When you type any number of the keypad it automatically go back to Springboard!!!

Ok, maybe they forgot to load iWorld v 1.0 (this is the last step in Unlocking iPhone v1.1.2 outside US)


1.Connect it to Wifi
2.Go to Installer
3.Tick Install
4.Browse down Select Tweak 1.1.2
5.Select iWorld v1.0
6.Tick Install
7.Note: everytime you have installed in iPhone Restart it after!!!
8.Start it wait till it's Springboard
9.Tick iWorld icon then Select Specified Country (Phils)
10.iPhone Reboots!!!
