Main difference can be for this model is like its in 2 part
ELF =
P3450 = P/N on back side starts with :- 99HDM035-00
&
ELFIN =
P3452 = P/N on back side starts with :- 99HEH013-00/99HEH150-00/99HEH136-00/99HEH132-00/99HEH023-00
SAME I CAN EXPLAIN MORE ON ANY HTC MODELS IF U R CONFUISED POST HEAR...................................ENJOY
