1. Download http://rapidshare.com/files/74682462/prophet.rar.html
2. Unzip Folder somewhere on your computer with its password is :- letmein

3. Make sure that your phone is connected via ActiveSync with the computer

4. Execute lokiwizMSL.bat on your computer

If it states: "Could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is in use?"
Do the following :

*Copy the cab's from the Utils folder in the Lokiwiz03a.zip file to your Prophet and execute them.
(There are two files : "Cert_SPCS.cab" and "EnableRapi.cab")

*Execute lokiwizMSL.bat on your computer

5. It will give you the SIM unlock code after it runs, write it down somewhere.

6. Just get a different SIM from the one your phone is locked to, and install it in the phone (you have to turn off your phone)

7. Turn on your phone

8. When it asks your pin code enter your normal pin.

9. It then asks you for the Service Provider Unlock Code: Here you insert the SIM unlock code you wrote down in step 5.

10. That's it, enjoy your unlocked Prophet !

Till few days back we all weare paying very high amount for this unlocking but now lets celebrate.
1. Connect your device to PC (ActiveSync)

2. Install HTCUnlock-CVS.exe (to be executed on the PC)

3. On your Phone, Start - Accessories (Expert on HTC S620) - Run HTCUnlock and press UNLOCK (Right Softkey) and wait..(RegEditor will be launched and reg tweaking would automatically start) Press DONE when finished.

4. Reboot your Phone.

5. Connect again to your PC thru ActiveSync

6. Launch SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe on PC and Press REMOVE LOCK.

7. Restart your Phone.

8. Your device is now Application Unlocked

1 - Unzip lokiwiz.zip to somewhere in your computer
2 - Guarantee that your phone is connected via ActiveSync with the computer
3 - Execute lokiwizMSL.bat (on your computer! My inbox is filled with this kind of error)

4 - It will give you the SIM unlock code after it runs, just get a different SIM from the one your phone is locked to and insert the code... & enjoy.

Easy auto-install Instructions:
-------------------------------

1. Unzip and run AUTO_Unlock_v1.bat

If you don't want to install automatically, or for some reason the
process doesn't work for you, here are the manual instructions:

1. Transfer SSPL/SSPL-TRIN.exe to your phone and run it
2. Tri color screen will appear
3. Disable activesync (file -> connection settings -> uncheck "allow USB connections")
4. Connect your phone to your computer using the USB lead.
5. run RUU/ROMUpgradeUtility.exe
6. follow the flashing process (Check the "I understand..." and "I completed..." boxes and update!)
7. Allow your phone to reboot.
8. Transfer TRIN_Unlock_v3.exe program to your phone and run it
9. Click the Unlock Button, select unlock option. Select if you want SIM/CID unlock.
10. Click "Unlock!" and wait until process finishes.
11. When done, turn off your phone for 10 seconds and reboot after that.

UNLOCK HTC Monet / SPV C700
1. Firstly you need to get rid of the 'registry security policy' lock.

Download cert install sp.zip:
[see attachment]

a. copy "SP_AllowCertificateInstall.cab" to the root of Monet memory or card
b. Use file explorer on monet to navigate to file. Click to run. Should run ok.
c. Unzip "SDA_ApplicationUnlock.zip" on PC and run "SDA_ApplicationUnlock.exe" whilst Monet is connected via activesync

2. Copy registry editor onto Monet. I used PHM, but others should work. Note install PHM loader on PC whilst monet is connected via activesync. It might install correctly on Monet, it might not. This does not matter. Just navigate on your PC to Program Files\phm and find the .exe file and copy to root of Monet memory or card.

3. Using phm (or the registry app you like) change the four keys specified in this guide (you might find the above process has already reset 1001 and 101b:

They are:
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies:
a. Change the DWORD named "1001" to 1 (could originally be 2)
b. Change the DWORD named "1005" to 40 (could originally be 16)
c. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 1017 = 128 or 16 (before) 144 (after)
d. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies\0000 101b = 1 (this key might not exist, if so, create it).

4. Restart

5. HOORAY. Now your phone is fully application unlocked.

-----the following procedure is to SIM Unlock, this currently does not work. Possibly spv-services will be updated at some time to work with the Monet---->
6. Now download spv_services:

a. copy the cert.cab file to you Monet. Select and run using File explorer. it should run fine.

b. Next step. Run SPV_services from PC whilst phone still connected via Activesync. Should unlock ..... however I get checksum error....

Will investigate. Anyone have any luck please say. At least we can now get the phone app.unlocked.

Note: I have read that the phone might again become app.locked if you do a hard reset. If this is the case, just follow the above again.
