till few days back we all weare paying very high amount for this unlocking but now lets celebrate.
1. Connect your device to pc (activesync)

2. Install htcunlock-cvs.exe (to be executed on the pc)

3. On your phone, start - accessories (expert on htc s620) - run htcunlock and press unlock (right softkey) and wait..(regeditor will be launched and reg tweaking would automatically start) press done when finished.

4. Reboot your phone.

5. Connect again to your pc thru activesync

6. Launch sda_applicationunlock.exe on pc and press remove lock.

7. Restart your phone.

8. Your device is now application unlocked

There is no free soltuion for Network/Sim unlocking. This application can Your device is now application unlocked as per last mention still if u wann to network unlock contact me on yahoo but its not free for this model...

AS EASY AS EATING THE ICE CREAM BUT WITH MY COMPANY
AND ASUSUAL PASSWORD = letmein

Note:- This application is not tested by me coz have not got this cell for unlocking yet but many of my client has done success unlocking with this application/trick. So ill advice u to try on your own RISKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Dont worry it want kill your cell its my gurenteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
