Ok the ESN has been replaced largely by a larger number called an MEID the MEID however has a pESN "Pseudo-ESN" that is 11 digits in Dec or 8 digits in Hex, in Hex it will always begin with 80XXXXXX, if you can flash the ESN successfully to another ESN then simple use a ESN/MEID Hex to Dec converter tool, there are a few on the web, free to use directly on the website, L4 Digital used to have one but it's now gone... Then depending on the network you should be able to use the cloned hardware for voice services if nothing else but only if the MIN/MDN pair is correct the SID and the ACCOLC is correct, IE: the last digit of the MIN/MDN hope that helps...:D
