during promo period, cost is 0 ( zero ) credits. Promo period can be extended to forever.
- support area can only be access from now on by using setool2 >= v1.1094
- fixed many minor and major bugs.

-  added unlock code request by IMEI.
   request cost - 10 credits, turnaround maximum 3 days.

   how to do: 
   go to LOCKS tab, fill IMEI, press &quot;REQUEST&quot; button.
   after ~1 day, check if request done: again fill IMEI and press request.
   if code will not be ready in 72 hours from request, credits will be automatically returned to account, 
   when user check credits information.

-  added network unlock by alternative security bypass for 8655-based phones (IS07,IS11S).

smartcard update released for v1.1204 software.

after smartcard update, setool2 no more require internet connection or any credits to service any qualcomm-based semc phone,
which supported for altbypass method.
that means, you can unlock,repair, rebuild hwconfig for free, without any internet connection.

all settings and procedures are same as usual, but internet connection no more required, if card is updated.

*changed internal ADB server tcpip port, this can help to avoid ADB connection errors
*during second step of msm8250,msm7227,msm722xA altbypass unlock, when other programs interfering with setool2.
