Help unlocking samsung s7330?

Can anyone help me???
i recently bought a samsung s7330 on 3 mobile
i would liek to unlock it so i can use a telstra sim card.
does anyone know how to unlock it because i rang 3 mobile and they
said it would cost $200 to unlock it which is more than i payed for the phone
does anyone know how to do it for free???
