I have a Samsung B5310 which I've just purchased recently, and I purchased an unlock code for it online.  I managed to get the Network lock deactivated, and there are no locks on the phone now except for "SP Lock".  SP Lock is still active, and I don't know how to deactivate it.

Somebody told me:  #7465625*77*Code# = Disables SP lock

I tried this but I get a message which says "This Phone Is Phone Freeze, Deactivate Fail".  How do I fix this?  I have the USB cables that came with the phone, and was thinking that maybe you guys can help me to fix the phone somehow?  I'm sorry but I have never used any of these "flash" programs on this website, and I only heard about them today, so I hope that I will be able to use them as a newbie to all this.

This is very annoying, as I cannot use my phone because of this.  What do I need to do to fix this?  I only need to stop the message saying "This Phone Is Phone Freeze, Deactivate Fail" and then unlock the SP code from the phone.

Please help me with this, I would appreciate it very much!

Did U get other code, like master/unfreeze.If U don't, U must go for someone who have Z3X box and get unfreeze code

The following is what the unlocking company gave me, but it doesn't seem to be the correct unfreezing code as it's not working:

Ok, u have unfreze code.Just enter it, no matter what you do not see the numbers, just enter it.After that u can see "enter ntw code", or something like this. Try this with sim.

OK I entered the unfreeze code (61306484) and then a message came up saying "SP Code".  I guess it wanted my Service Provider code, so I entered
 82081468 which is the code they gave me, but then it says "Incorrect Password".

What do I do now?  It looks like I have the wrong code maybe, and the company I bought the codes from is not getting back to me when I contact them :S

Is there no program I can use to unlock my phone?  I heard you can "flash" your phone to unlock it, using the USB cable & a program from the Internet, but I don't know what program.

Hi,

SP code is never the same as NCK code so website who delivered you the codes is wrong. Contact them for correct SP code.

There is no software without box for B5310 anywhere.
