why? what the History?

Check mic if shorted, replace it...aslo side key buttons if they are pressing always!!!....and specially VARISTORS which are shorted!!!

do not put back the mic and volume key!!! put it on and assemble!!! then try Software it....using gadget!!! like UST or NS pro!!! Good luck!
