Hard Reset
There are many different reason's as to why you need to do a Hard-Reset, but to perform it, press and hold down the Camera and Comm-Manager button's, then do a soft-reset. The next screen will appear, and you will have to press the Green call button, which will then tell you that it's reformatting the file system, then it will continue to setup your device
