Nokia Hardware Section / 1208 no display

sir i have here 1208 no display i tried to change a new LCD twise but no luck:(:(

i check the connection & resolder it but again no luck:(:(

but when i plug it into my gadget local mode shown:eek::eek:

is there any solution for this problem:confused::confused:

here how:

- **16379# trace on
- open compal tool (OMD)
- connect phone com 3 (ufs direct com)
- click "FACTORY MODE"
- click "READ INFO" (must read serial and unlock code)
- click "UNLOCK"
- do the HW modification

First of all find the GND.. (Just use a multimeter)Then power on phone (Dont care if the phone is dead due to software...press power on)Check the votage btn GND and each pins Tx= 1.8v or 2.8v and Rx=1.7v or 2.7v may be vary a little according to processers
