RPL files are special files for Nokia phones, that helps you to repare some software problems such as :
- Corrupted IMEI Certificate (NPC)
- Corrupted Simlocks (Contact Retailer)
- Phone switches off after 3 minutes (secure WD reset)
- Blocked phone unlock counter
Common symptoms to show corrupted data: - Contact Retailer( ST_SECURITY_TEST failed, SIM_LOCKS_TEST failed)
- IMEI number shown as default: 123456789012345
- Switch off after 3 seconds, missing or invalid NPC certificate will cause reset of the RAP3 WD
- Not working Transmitter/Receiver or Not Charging (those could be caused by faulty HW also!)
Follow this Step-by-step to read your ASK file : - Install '' Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver ''
- Open " BB5 reader ", to read the ASK file
- Connect your Nokia using a USB cable (phone must be ON)
- Click on " Connect ", phone will connect to the Software
- Click on " Read ASK "
