Just follow on screen instructions. Alternatively, hold down both the 'Camera' and 'Record' on the left side of the device and use the stylus to press the soft reset button on the bottom of the device. Keep holding the 2 side buttons until the display prompts you to press send (green phone) to reset.

The next screen will appear, and you will have to press the Green call button, which will then tell you that it's reformatting the file system, then it will continue to setup your device
