QUALCOMM Models (3G) / SGH-i607 Cingular 4 Locks... Here is the Solution!!!

I have inserted the original sim of Cingular but No service it cannot go to the Menu or start button--it says only No service So i decided to Get info at ns pro......It is successful but when it inserts sim...still phone is lock needs to have unlocked code...So i direct to Unlock... it says unlock--But it is the same when you insert sim!!!

Here is The Solution:

I have research this: ( it is written in French...Huhuhuhu)

1. Enlever la batterie. 2. Patienter au moins 10mns avec la batterie non installÃƒÂ©e dans le tÃƒÂ©lÃƒÂ©phone. 3. Remettre la batterie (et le capot arriÃƒÂ¨re du tÃƒÂ©lÃƒÂ©phone). 4. Appuyez sur la combinaison de touches suivantes (TELEPHONE ETEINT) : touche "0" + touche "haut" (ÃƒÂ©ventuellement) + touche "ok" + touche "retour" en dessous de la motette; 5. Tout en maintenant ces touches appuyÃƒÂ©s (TOUTES celles indiquÃƒÂ©es !), pressez 3-5 secondes la touche on/off d'allumage du tÃƒÂ©lÃƒÂ©phone. ATTENTION, faut vite regarder l'ÃƒÂ©cran et lacher toutes les touches quand on voit le message invitant ÃƒÂ faire le reboot. 6. Lorsque le message indiquant le reboot s'affiche, Choisir "1" (en tapant 1 sur le clavier) pour autoriser le hard reboot puis choisir "y" (en tapant y sur le clavier) pour formatter le disque et effectuer le hard reset. ATTENTION : toutes vos donnÃƒÂ©es et paramÃƒÂ©trages sur le tÃƒÂ©lÃƒÂ©phone seront perdus. 7. Attendre que le tÃƒÂ©lÃƒÂ©phone se rallume automatiquement.

Here is the Short translation of my understanding but seems to be good

1. Get the Battery be patience...Do not Insert the Batt with in 10mins..To reset all what you have done to Unit!!!

2. After 10mins... insert batt then press 0,ok,Right soft key ,back and power!!! at the same time!!!

After pressing this....This will take Effect on the Screen.......

3. The format Process ( just press 1 )
4. Then follows press Y (yes) for confirmation to format!!! ( format is 2-3 secs only)

5. After format...try insert a sim!!! (Lucky are you if it is Ok) will if it's not then Proceed to no.6....

6. Insert an Original Sim (Cingular sim) when it shows start Button....Press start... or just type!!! *#1546792*# go to Network Mode-Select GSM and Network Order Also-Select GSM first!!!

7. Then Power it off...do not insert sim then Power it onn!!!
Note: when it activates you to start Button...Just type: *2767*3855 wait until it reboots totaly then return to start menu and this the time to Check the Lock... Just then type *#7465625 see the LOCK STATUS INFO. disabled all the enabled..........then power it off,......

8. Insert any simcard!!! Bang!!! it's nlock now!!!

TM sim is inserted!!!!!!

Note: About E250D-carefull in flashing Cause thats a d variant unit!!! d variant is a new production code so all new E250 now,are manufactured with a new hw and a sw code...The back was posted with E250 but the hardware is E250D and the sw...So, to prevent you a confusion and to prevent also in flashing E250D with firmware of E250.Here are the image of HW.....
