User's Problem & Support / help with unlocking w380i

hey, I'm a beginner, plz give me some instructions to unlock w380i. it is lock to Orange.it's unlocked when i got it,but after updating is says "insert correct sim card", plz inform me about softwares & hardwares that i need to unlock it
