BB5 Section / How to add Chinese Package to 5310b(English Edition)

Hi,  I just bought new 5310b from T-Mobile(RM-304).  I paid for flashing this phone to the Chinese Version.  I am wondering can I update to newer version firmware?  Will this phone will back to Engliah version after update?
