BB5 Section / Can't Degrade firmware using Phoenix

I have N95-159.. It was T-Mobile.. I updated its firmware using NSU without debranding so.. it have installed v14.0.001 crappy T-Mobile OS.. Now I want to Degrade firmware into v21.0.016.. But Phoenix not allow me to do it... What can i do now???

Please Help me...
