Nokia Hardware Section / Flash Erase Nokia 6085?

Does anyone know how to do that? My phone's been acting up and keeps freezing on a white screen from time to time and I figured out it was because of my inbox but it keeps saying "Message storage memory not ready" every time I try to access it.
