I accidentally turned on high-speed sim in engineer menu !!!!

I got Sigmatel S4 flash file from your site: all types of SigmTel flash files - Srimeenakshimobiles - Creating Gsm Community

Which software I should use to flash my Sigmatel S4 mobile? Can it be done using USB cable?
