BB5 Section / N95 Flash Problem

Any body can help me with Diagram/pic where is n95 flash ic. ITs damage during bad unlocking(i think)cause when i try to flash with jaf in the end flash complete wating for boot after flash failed.When i try to take backup its ok but failed accessing backup of pm 308.I also tried with ub but failed to flash and any backup with ub if any body can help me i will be grateful for him thanks anticipation.
