sorry it's took so long to reply, i work away from time to time. i have had time to try to flash/reset? the phone, i have spnt a full day on this and have got nowhere. thank you for the reply i have gave up and intend placing the phone in the (i forgot i had this box) and look for another

got this phone from a friend and would very much like to get this sorted, i have tried all i know which is very little, i
hope you may be able to advise how i can sort this out:confused:

opening screen says (powered by midiamar) looks slightly like a blackberry storm
