We realize that using the T-Mobile USA BB5/Sam/SE/HTC and T-Mobile USA Moto 16-Digit Tools has been quite frustrating lately due to the extreme delays in codes returning. We are pleased to announce that we have found a supplier who is meeting expectations of return times. We had tried as much as possible to keep with old suppliers to keep prices low, but at this point in time we are having to sacrifice pricing for reliability. We have returned all waiting orders as Not Found, so that you have the choice of whether to reorder or to cancel. In conjunction with this change we are consolidating these two tools into one tool : T-Mobile USA - NOKIA/SAM/SE/MOTO/HTC/BB5 for convenience as the price, and time are now the same for both. We realize that the pricing is higher and apologize for any inconvenience, however since the cheaper supplier is not returning codes, we have no choice but to choose the reliable supplier.
