here's my cp repair guide in one exe.....

DCT4 Section / 3100 not charging(for reference)

3100 not charging , battery pop up and discharge...
check the battery terminal with multitester and its shorted..

action taken:

check this first


if all parts are ok then proceed to the next step



remove that , that part cause the board to short and discharge the battery....
