User's Problem & Support / AT&T Nokia E71x

Hello, need assistance with unlocking an AT&T E71x....I have no idea how to do this using any of this software.  Can anyone help a noob with unlocking this phone.  Where do I begin, what software,hardware do I need...Please assist.

Glad to have found this site...really need some insight on unlocking my AT&T E71x using your software.  Downloaded the JAF Nokia BB5 and BB5Plus but when I try to install it my McAfee's total protection detects it as a Trojan and deletes it.  Please assist.
