here is the solution of motorola v3x memory is always full even you flash 100% tested by me this day on my two units

here is  guide

using your smart moto

1. first repair PDS using testpoint
2. flash your phone for the provided flash file below
3. smile your phone now working perfectly

here is the logs for my fisrt flashing same of second flashing
