Recovery sim phonebook?

Any solution to recovery erased phonebook from SIM card.
Tryed with
--SIM.Card.Data.Recovery.Software.v3.0.1.5
-SIMCon 1.2
-SIMEDIT!
on p-key
but without result.Sim card is respond with all programs, but can't read erased phonebook
