Important! Note that Unlock of ZTE MF100 and ZTE MF190 modems for Octopus Box (LG or Samsung activated) or Medusa Box owners is FREE. If you don't own Octopus Box or Medusa Box, you'll have to pay 3 credits per one Unlock.
Also be aware that Unlock Codes Calculation of the above mentioned ZTE modems is FREE for Octopus Box (LG or Samsung activated) or Medusa Box owners as well. If you don't own Octopus Box or Medusa Box, you'll have to pay 1 credit per one calculation.

Added Reset Pattern Lock for SE X10a, SE X10i, SE E10i, SE E10a, SE E15i, SE E15a, SE E16i, SE E16a, SE U20a, SE U20i, SE LT18i, SE LT18a and SE SC-01B.
Released some improvements to the main software.

Note! To reset phone's Pattern Lock just press "Reset Pattern Lock" button and follow the software instructions. There is no need to enable USB debugging.
Important! Note that resetting Pattern Lock of the above-mentioned SE phones for owners of Octopus Box or Medusa Box is FREE. If you don't own Octopus Box, you'll have to pay 1 credit per resetting Pattern Lock of one phone.

Octopus Suite v1.1.5 Release Notes

Android PhoneBook Editor is released!

Main features supported:

Read PhoneBook from the phone.
Write PhoneBook into the phone.
Delete PhoneBook from the phone.
Create New Contacts.
Edit Contact's data.
Open/Save PhoneBook to/from file.
Export Contact's data to MS Excel file.

Released some improvements to the main software.

Note: to run Android PhoneBook Editor, press "Android PhoneBook Editor" button within the "Sony Ericsson" tab in the main software.
Important: to read contacts from the phone, you need to install necessary Android phone drivers that suit your model.

This service is instant. No queues, no delays, no waiting for server to reply and so on.
How to check your balance:

Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Enter your Username (login) and Password
Press "Check balance" button

How to perform Factory Unlock procedure:

Take out (remove from the phone) SIM and SD cards.
Power the phone on
Connect the phone to the Box using Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable
Select proper device model in the Software list
Keep phone's LCD on and unlocked during the procedure (touch LCD must be ON during the Unlock process), this is important!
Press "Factory Unlock" button in the Software

If the device model is not present in the Software list or "Factory Unlock" button is not active for the model, you can try to perform Factory Unlock operation by the next way:

Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Take out (remove from the phone) SIM and SD cards.
Power the phone on
Connect the phone to the Box using Samsung Micro UART C3300k/C3303k cable
Keep phone's LCD on and unlocked during the procedure (touch LCD must be ON during the Unlock process), this is important!
Press "Factory Unlock" button

Note 1: After completed Unlock procedure, if the phone still asking for the code, use 00000000 (eight zeros) as NCK code.
Note 2: You can repeat the Unlock procedure for the same phone as many times as you need, this will not take (consume) your credits.
IMPORTANT! Trying to unlock phones, which were processed with third party tools, in which IMEI, S/N, MSL Address or any other sensitive important data were changed or damaged, phones, which have default IMEI (like "0049..."), or phones, which have bad/damaged certificate, can take (consume) credits, but the unlocking process will terminate with error, and credits won't be refunded!

Octoplus / Octopus Suite v.1.3.0 Release Notes:

All Huawei devices are supported: phones, modems, tablets and so on...

In addition, we introduce a major change concerning Octopus Server credits with this release.
To improve flexibility and for your usage convenience we have increased credits count by 10 and reduced prices accordingly.

For example, 10 new credits will be equal to 1 old credit. Credits consumption for all supported operations will be adjusted respectively.
All remaining credits on your balances will be multiplied by 10 as well.

During the implementation of appropriate changes, the server would be offline for the next 2 hours.
How to check your balance:

Go to "Support & Options" tab in the Software
Enter your Username (login) and Password
Press "Check balance" button

How to submit your IMEI for unlock:

Go to "Remote Service" tab in the Software
Select required service type from drop down menu
