Huawei UMG366 (T-Mobile Jet 2.0) - added Dead Boot/Device Repair (thanks to Mr. Dr_Wolodya).

Samsung GT-I8260 - added Dead Boot Repair.

Samsung GT-S6310N - added Dead Boot/Device Repair.
- Added new Core ID (1066A0E1) for MSM7227A CPU.
- Uploaded new Repair file "HUAWEI_B683_3G_850_1900_Repair.mf" for Huawei B683 into the Support Area (thanks to Mr. FREEGuille).
- All pinouts and Repair procedures are described in Software manuals
