mate what do you mean full erase and full flash the problem is phone restricted .. dont spam sir the problem is to unlock the phone to other network your advise cause a damage with his phone be carefull

mate you have to use a bb5 unlocker like bb5 box, dk ,uid advance ufs or mt pro to unlocked that phone....
