full erase,full flash.write a good pm,ui setting,unlock.if not solved than flash it with 3.42
test and post result.

contact service is not always software problem sometimes is hardware problem but in 1600 flash with 3.42 or lower than 3.42 many times set will be ok

full flash ok but contact service continue then sim ic shorted. remove sim ic and check without sim.contact service ok then replace new sim ic.
