ve nokia 1600.. i flash it with latest files but it is not gettin on.. i also change display but it is not gettin on... wht i do?

sir i do every thin what i can do... i flash phone two times, change lcd jack, chk aal tracks of lcd, all r ok but phone does nt gettin on... wht i do?
