6270 very strange problem

hi brotherss... i hav a nokia 6270 that has a very strange problem that wen sim is inserted in the fone.. it shows that fone restricted, but the fone is already unloked... what is that error and what shud i do??i hav also chked the fone advance bb5 for unloking ans the box replied that the fone is not loked and not even the message for corrupted sp area... what shud i do...
2nd problem in foen is for the network.. wen searched manually sm times shows nw and smtime not... and gud solution for this problem,, plz share...
if anyone hav the jumpers for antenna switch for this fone then plz share... thanx

did you check if the imei and provider still intact ? regarding in network problem possible that is a PA problem ......

indeed trh fone is already unloked and a working fone.. customer was using it and one day it suddenly started to do that...what do u mean by intact...imei is ok... unloke dsatus on bb5 unloker... no sp data corrupted message .....what shud i do???

try to update the firmware. check if the imei is not look like this 12345671246. also look for the key config status . if not look like this FFFFFFFFFFFFFF. it should not look like that inthe above mention . or try to do a self test . you can able to indentify whats wrong with the unit. post the selftest logs here. so we can able to figure out whats wrong with your unit. .........
