2630 auto off

i have 2 mobile 2630 both handset same problem -press on button mobile normal mode and auto off after 15 second
full flesh with 5.61 version but same problem
and when i try read full pm file than error in midlle and not sucess to write other pm file

unlock=ok
factory set=ok
check =ok
info=0k
self test = ok
display test = ok

i have jaf+pkey ver. 56
full flesh but same problem

i think 2 ways to solve your problem.
1,software & hardware
first full flash the phone with leatest firmware.
If not done, reball/change uem and write good rpl.
