If u need tamil language for Nokia 1110,1110i,1112,1600 and 2310
select firmware like this

MCU ID:rh70_04.030
PPM:rh70_04.03mi have tamil language
CNT:rh700_nai4.03mi

here MI language pack have contain tamil language

dont forget to select MI for tamil language
