If you have any problems with Rx/Tx pins detection, double check the following:
• Get sure that you have connected "Power" wires correctly ( see the previous manual for detailed information )

• Check if the cable connector is completely inserted inside the phone connector

• Check if the phone bottom connector contacts are clean. If no - than please clean them.

• Examine whether the phone bottom contacts are not damaged inside the connector.
•
• Check if the phone bottom connector is well soldered to phone PCB ( open the phone and check it )
•
• Check if the phone bottom connector contacts are not cut internally ( open the phone and check it)
•
• Examine whether the phone has Rx and Tx pins on phone bottom connector. Some phones don't have Rx and Tx pins on the bottom connector but have Rx/Tx test-points directly on phone PCB.

• Some cables may have additional wire that should be cut for correct detection results.

After you have carefully examined at every point and are sure that the problem is not in the above-mentioned list, than please, send an e-mail with the precise description of the problem to [email protected]. We will do our best to solve your problem within the shortest time possible!
