In case your phone has bootloader unsupported for direct downgrade (x975 0.6.3.6 or higher, V3 08.26 and higher etc), you need to use testpoints to downgrade bootloader before unlocking will be possible.
Complete instruction:
Unlocking LTE phones:
- Make Preparation step if you need to downgrade/repair bootloader (see below)
- Connect phone again WITHOUT testpoint. Power on the phone normally and then connect to PC.
- Press Unlock now on Unlocking tab
Unlocking 3G phones
- Make Preparation step if you need to downgrade/repair bootloader (see below)
- Connect phone again WITHOUT testpoint. After you power the phone on, it will show you "Error 0x1DE". Press Repair 0x1DE button. Phone will be repaired and automatically unlocked.
Repairing LTE/3G phones
- Make Preparation step if you need to downgrade/repair bootloader (see below)
- Connect phone again WITHOUT testpoint. You will need to put phone to flash mode manually or by repair cable.
- Press DO Repair on Advanced tab
- Reinsert battery and put phone to flash mode manually or by repair cable
- Flash phone with any MonsterFile suitable for this model (the higher it's version is the better)

Preparation:
- Connect testpoint to ground and connect powered off phone to cable. Attach battery if your cable is without external power. It should be detected as blank. Remove testpoint from phone. If your phone has bootloader supported for direct downgrade this step is optional. Testpoint pictures are located in this topic:
