first try to clean out the terminal then resolder the connectors if necessary. last if still not working press firmly on the contacts of the keypad connector to the terminal of the board or put a foam or sponge that fit to the keypads so it connects tightly to the board. most of these problem is due to lose connection of the terminal or worst is the cpu or the neptune ic.
