Hi. I hav this really nice cell for the past one year now. Of late, it is hanging at the startup screen. It wrks fine without sim and memory card but keeps hanging when sim and card are inserted. I took it to the service center since it was on warranty, but they have returned it to me as is. What could be the problem. I hav the ETBOX but do not know if and how to service this phone.
