JAF Setup 1.98.50 ready...

- added unlock for 2760b, 2630b, (patch on the fly). Unlock is same like before, just select same mcu file as in phone.
- added latest ini for BB5 tp unlock
- latest models ini (26 May 2008, Thanks to AHMED.K.SALMAN )
- improved bb5 usb flashing, support for latest connectivity drivers 6.86.11.0
- latest flashid.ini
- fixed UFS error loading loader in CMT
- other small reported bugs fixed.
