JAF Setup 1.98.62 ready...

- fixed N70 usb flashing
- added new phones for dct4+ unlock
- improved BB5 usb flashing
- moved Product Folder button to support tab. You can change the folder without an interface connected.
- updated fbus loaders.

since there are some more software modules came to JAF, i have add all of them into the installer.
