JAF Setup 1.98.45 ready...

- improved BB5 TP unlock.
- added latest ini for BB5 tp unlock
- latest models ini (17 january 2007, Thanks to AHMED.K.SALMAN )
- added new flash type for 128k page flashing. New 6131, 6085 etc should work now with gallery
- fixed 7500 usb flashing. Now gallery work ok over usb.
- added latest flash loaders v. 7.46.43
- new splash
