JAF PKEY Updater 1.99.01 - work to update (reset card life) with ANY PKEY SN

Because Raskal decided to make hard life to all JAF PKEY owners with stupid registration form, more payment (for Thomas PKEY owners), shuting down JAF update server, I decided to allow to update using our server ALL PKEY serial numbers (not only SN's sold by me how was on version 1.98.63):
