Run HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000.exe setup again
then select modify
now use hwk, everything is fine now.

wait for 2 or 3 day and you can try to update again your hwk ..
because i have same problem.....and thats problem is solve.

reinstall this hwk ,run hwk support suite&update tool,then reg file,then hwk setup suite

always use the latest version of HWK, our latest hwk_suite_setup is 2.0.8.0 up to 2.0.8.5

download the latest hwk_suite_setup, then try to update again, if same problem you need to wait 2 to 4days to solve your problems....

otherwise you can contact your reseller to help you quickly.....

I am new in this blog.
My box hwk support suite update sucsses in v02.09.00.0.
Hwk setup suite instaled ok.
But when i connect button in setup suite,its error hwk-not authorised use update tool.i have already update
